Return/Exchange Policy
At TingaTinga, your satisfaction and happiness is our goal. We will gladly issue a full refund (less shipping cost) if you return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We will pay return shipping costs (UPS or USPS Insured Only,) if the return is due to an error on our part.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
- Please send us an email to Returns@TingaTinga.Com to acquire a return authorization number. Please note that you need a return authorization number to process your return. Please include your name and a contact number so we can reach you if we need to verify any details. This helps us to properly credit your account.
 
- Mail the item(s) via UPS or US Postal Service (Insured) to;

- We will process your return/exchange promptly. Please allow 2-4 weeks to credit your account or to send an exchange item to you.
 
- If your return item was a gift, you can use the store credit issued towards a new item purchase or exchange for another item of equal value.
