• How Do I Track My Order?
  • When we process your order and ship your package, we send you an email to let you know that your order has been shipped. Included in the email will be a UPS or US Postal Service tracking number. You may use this number to track your package online at www.UPS.Com or www.USPS.com.
• Shipping Costs?
  • At TingaTinga, we have done our best to simplify our shipping process. We offer you a choice between Ground (UPS or USPS), UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Please note that all UPS Next Day and Second Day Air orders must be placed by 12PM Pacific Standard Time. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. All UPS orders received after 12PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Below is a list of our standard shipping rates;
• Can You Ship To Addresses Outside The United States?
  • We currently ship orders to all 50 states. Orders shipped to Hawaii will only have the Second Day Air option (Ground Service is not available for Hawaii orders). We do not yet have the capability to ship outside the United States. However, plans are already underway to obtain the ability to ship to Canada and later on to select countries all over the world.
• What About Sales Tax?
  • All orders processed via our online store will be exempted from sales tax except for all orders being shipped to the state of California.
• What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
  • We currently accept payment only in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
• Should I Feel Comfortable Using My Credit Card Online?
  • Absolutely. All credit card information submitted over our secure online servers is encrypted before transmission, using the standard encrypting practice called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) used by most major internet merchants. You are far more vulnerable by shopping with your credit card at a supermarket or mall than you are by shopping online.
